About Me, Your Registered Dietitian
I'm Shannon, a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and women's lifestyle coach here to help you find balance in all the facets of your busy life!
My desire is to meet you right where you are to empower, encourage, and guide you to overcome the overwhelm surrounding food and uncover the best version of you.
As someone who struggled with orthorexia (extreme obsession with the pursuit of health) and a broken body image for 20+ years, I tried every diet out there - and I prescribed them for my clients, too. That is, until I discovered intuitive eating and intuitive living and my entire paradigm shifted.
I am a lover and purveyor of all foods, but it took a long time for me to get here. I stopped falling off the wagon for good with the teachings found in The Nourishing Table and now I teach others to do the same in a way that's aligned with your values, visions, and dreams.

How long is group coaching?

You'll be hanging out with me in the program for six months. Just think about all the years you've spent hopping on and off the diet train. This program is all about giving yourself space, grace, and ease to heal from years of yo-yo dieting.
What does The Nourishing Table group coaching include?

Group coaching includes 12 sessions with me, 10 self-paced learning modules to work through, 3 guest expert trainings, and community support through our private Facebook group to make for a hands-on, motivating program that will aid you in reaching your goals.
When are group coaching sessions?

See below for a full schedule breakdown! There will be afternoon and evening sessions available to accommodate a variety of time zones and schedules. Can't make it? No Problem! Clients do just as well with instant replays.
Do you take insurance?

What if I need support for longer than 6 months?

Once group coaching has come to an end, you will have the opportunity to request 1:1 coaching. There is also another tier within The Nourishing Table that offers you this added support with six 1:1 calls (one per month) during the program if this better suits your needs.
Will I get a diet plan or calorie count from you?
-
No, this is not a restrictive dieting program. We are going to be completely changing the way you think about food to where you'll no longer feel like you need those things to find success.
