I'm Shannon Parks, a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and women's lifestyle coach here to help you find balance in all the facets of your busy life! 

My desire is to meet you right where you are to empower, encourage, and guide you to overcome the overwhelm surrounding food and uncover the best version of you.
As someone who struggled with orthorexia (read: extreme obsession with the pursuit of health) and body image issues throughout the greater part of my teens and twenties, I tried every diet out there - and I prescribed them for my clients, too. That is, until I discovered intuitive eating and intuitive living and my entire paradigm shifted. 
I stopped falling off the wagon for good and now I teach others to do the same in a way that's aligned with your values, visions, and dreams.
